Anyway, the "Banker Edition" Release Candidate 1 of AGS 3.1 is up. For those of you not in touch, AGS 3.1. features high-res native co-ordinates, 1024x768 support, enhanced dialog system and a bunch of bug fixes and minor enhancements.
